Only one refund can be granted per service.
To request a refund, the service(s) must be canceled.
Services suspended or terminated due to violation of our rules are not refundable.
All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars. The customer is solely responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations between payment and refund.
Refunds are typically credited to your account balance on Chainkloud.
Any processing fee(s) will be deducted from a refund.
Terms outlining the scenarios when users can request a refund:
Incorrect Charges: If you believe that you have been billed incorrectly or unfairly, you may request a refund. This may include instances where you have been charged more than the advertised price or billed for services you did not purchase.
Service Unavailability: If the service you paid for is unavailable or inaccessible for an extended period of time, beyond what’s stipulated in our Service description, you may be eligible to request a refund.
Non-delivery of Service: If the service you purchased is not delivered within the 15 days timeline, you can request a refund.
Substandard Service: If the delivered service does not match the quality or description as promised at the time of purchase, a refund can be requested.
Accidental Purchase: If you’ve accidentally purchased a service and report the incident promptly (usually within 24-48 hours), a refund may be possible.
